Double Trouble

I've only had a pod monkey once at the 2005 Wayne's World Grand Finale during the final battle. I had my 18 pods in my pack and the pod monkey had a little wagon full of about 40 more pods. When our team's push to their main base stalled out, all the other friendlies were running back in retreat. So I take a knee with the pod monkey behind me. I leave the hopper lids open and we brace for the enemy charge.
About 30 seconds later there's about 300-400 opfors running at us. And yeah it was that dream scenario we all hope for. As soon as they were in range, I opened up on them. In the first few seconds, almost 70 players had their guns up and the others just kept running towards us. It must have been a wild sight with the pod monkey throwing 2 pods in the hoppers every 10 seconds. I lost track of how many players I hit. We also had two large piles of pods on the sides of me.lol The entire attack lasted about 5 minutes.
The Double Trouble was throwing out 32bps for the entire 5 minutes. We figured we went through a little over 4 cases of paint..lol Also, I was amazed at how well the A5s held up. After the attack, every part of the A5s were covered with about a quarter inch of ice and they still shot like new. Let's try that with an Impulse. Me and the pod monkey decided to head off the field after I yelled "RELOAD" and he just shrugged his shoulders....lol

What do you mean by pod monkey? A guy that follows you around all weekend refilling your DT and quadzilla?

I was in the tank all game but for the final battle, they don't allow tanks. So my driver took up the position of pod monkey. Smile

Yup, he threw pods into the hoppers until we ran out of paint. Cranks never stopped turning the entire time.
